The decorations are all in place in the downtown area -- including decorating the "no biking, skateboarding, or rollerblading" signs. Something tells me there's not much of that going on during this frosty weather.

Since when were toys made illegal? The safety nazies are running our kids off of the public spaces it seems. Sad.
Remember that one kid, in class, that screwed it up for everybody? Well, "that one kid" ruins the games too. The kid or kids that have no respect - that is who makes those signs nessary.
Something tells me there's not much of that going on during this frosty weather.
