In this final 'then and now' comparison, the pictures are nearly identical -- except there is no longer a 76 gas station at the corner, there are updated street lamps, and it is no longer "Fowlerville Ford Country" showing on the sign but "Fowlerville - A Family Friendly Downtown."
Beginning tomorrow, the squint shots will show the upstairs and some interesting finds in the west portion of Chase Bank, the two-story part where on the first floor a conference room can be found. It was most intriguing to step back in time to an upstairs that probably hasn't changed in fifty years.
