Squint Shot 070611
If you check back to yesterday's squint shot, you will see a chart on banking. That's pretty interesting but what is even more interesting to me is what was holding it to the wall. With closer inspection, it was a ruler -- three-foot wooden ruler -- broken into pieces and tacking down the edges and lengths of the chart from the Haire-Jackson Furniture Company. In later years, it would become The Decorating Center. Here are pictures of that ruler:
