Squint Shot 030311
We are touring the house that formerly stood at the northeast corner of North Second Street and East Grand River. After wandering through the living room, I headed upstairs. The walls had obviously been redone in years past, but I wondered if these were the original steps and woodwork going upstairs. The wood was thick, rubbed to a smooth finish, and rich in look. The house itself was trashed in so many ways from years of abuse but if one could look past that, there were wonderful qualities about the house.
