Okay, this is for all the builders out there. We are still looking at the second floor of the old Curtis home that is now the State Farm Insurance office location. As I wandered around, this "frame" caught my eye. It does not look like it was formerly a window location; but what could possibly be the reason for this odd construction in the middle of a wall?
