An online recipe site, which you can find by clicking here, is my favorite place to head for all sorts of ideas.

With Easter tomorrow, this one especially caught my eye. And it is as easy as making cupcakes!

Here's how:

Make a batch of cupcakes.
Frost each one.
Color some shredded coconut with green food coloring and place a patch of green on each cupcake.
Top with jelly beans.
Curl a piece of licorice candy and poke into cupcake to form a handle.

And there you have it -- Easter-basket cupcakes.
