Snack-urday 162

With the sap running from the maple trees, how about a recipe using maple syrup. This recipe is from the Food Network site.

Ingredients:

2/3 cup low-fat milk (or 1/2 cup if adding vodka, for the adults)
2 cups butter pecan ice cream
2 T maple syrup
1 t almond extract
2 shots vanilla vodka (optional)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute, until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve with straws.
