We've been checking out the inside of the house that used to stand at the corner of North Second Street and East Grand River. At one time, this house had been divided into two, maybe three, apartments. It was probably during that time, when renovations were made to subdivide it, that this circular staircase was added. The staircase led up to a single bedroom, a kitchen, and a living area.
