Squint Shot 070709

Another look upward and what do my eyes behold? I'm not exactly sure. There are columns worked into the brickwork of the Harmon Real Estate building. At the top of each column is what looks like a very weather-worn carving.

They are puzzling to me and so I took a shot of each one. The first is very worn away, as were all the other ones. Except for this corner shot. This second one shows there may have been a leaf or yet another fleur de lis. Anyone have any ideas what these carvings may have been at one time?
