Squint Shot 080411

As with yesterday's squint shot, I focused in on another pane of stained-glass. This one is located at the north side of the 1915 mausoleum, framed in with large pieces of sandstone. For such a somewhat simple-style building, the detail the builders took in surrounding the windows gives a strong, solid feel (at least to me). And, when you think about it, it has stood for nearly 100 years with very little updating done to the outside other than to protect the windows.
